The Challenge: In order to offer a good customer experience while they are paying bills at the automated payment machine, but also to increase the number of its users, Banca Transilvania requested a catchy decoration for the machine. Thus, the agency production department created “the clothing” and decorated about 450 automated payment machines from Banca Transilvania offices from all over the country.
