Challenge: In 2008, the American company, Emerson, launched in Cluj-Napoca, extending their production platform and engineering services in Cluj-Napoca.

The extension includes a new construction, worth 16 million dollars, that hosts the Project Engineering Center and the European System Integration Center for its PlantWeb™ Solutions Group. This construction was officially inaugurated on the 8^th of July, 2008 and is meant to host 600 employees, who will assure engineering services and support for European control systems and automation projects, and 100 other employees needed for assembly and testing control system projects throughout Europe.

Many people participated at the event managed by Vitrina Advertising, like Balazs Hopka – CEO Emerson SRL, John Bell – CEO PlantWeb Solutions Group – World Area Hub Cluj, Emil Boc – Cluj-Napoca’s mayor and vice-mayours Anna Horvath and Gheorghe Șurubaru.

Following the grand opening, Vitrina Advertising has also developed a recruitment campaign, to reach the company’s objective to hire over 2000 engineers and specialists.
