The challenge: Arvato Romania, important international contact center type provider, grew on the Romanian market through the launch of their third support center in Cluj-Napoca. The company also wanted to reach the end of the year with 300 new employees in Cluj-Napoca offices. The real challenge was to create a creative recruitment campaign which can also increase brand awareness.
