Platinia Cooking Battle: a culinary event as never tasted before. We’ve prepared together with Platinia Shopping Center the recipe of an unprecedented event: you pick 6 local influencers, you add 8 lucky cooking passionates, you mix them together with talent and experience, represented by Chef Paul Siserman, and they meet for a live cooking demonstration. When? September 30 and October 1st, between 5-7 PM at Platinia Cooking Center.
The best dishes will be awarded with promotional materials, utensils, shopping vouchers and the well-known knife collection: Vivo from Villeroy & Boch group, offered by Mega Image.
On Sunday, starting 7 PM, chefs from Sakura will also join us and will offer the audience a live cooking demo to tease us before the restaurant’s grand opening at Platinia Shopping Center.
